What can I do if I do not have a credit card and would like to reserve an apartment?
You can also pay via bank transfer to our bank account. For any further help, please send us an e-mail message - firstname.lastname@example.org
Where and when can I collect the key for the apartment?
The key handover is directly in our apartment house - Knoellgasse 30, 1100 Vienna. Check-in time is between 14:00 and 21:00 on your scheduled arrival day (ON REQUEST even before 14:00 o´clock for an extra fee of € 15, -).
Alternatively, we keep your luggage in our luggage room until check-in is possible (notice of arrival time required).
My arrival is after your check-in time? How can I get my key to the apartment?
Late arrival after 21:00 is not a problem, in this case we´ll leave your key card in our outdoor safe in apartmenthouse.
Please let us know no later than 2 days before arrival day, that you will arrive after 21:00, so that we can give you the code for the safe.
What is the address of my apartment?
All our apartments are located in the Knoellgasse 30, 1100 Vienna.
How do I find a staff member for the key handover, when there is no reception desk?
On the left side of the main entrance is a button for report of your arrival, written as "check-in", please press the button and our staff come to the main entrance.
How do I get from the Vienna International Airport to Royal Living Apartment Vienna?
If you wish, we can order a transfer for you from the Vienna International Airport to our apartment house (limousine for up to 4 people for € 44, - or a minivan for up to 7 people for € 69,-. For more information please send us a short email – email@example.com

How long take the trip from the Vienna International Airport to the apartment house?
Depending on the traffic situation take the way by taxi between 25-35 min, by public transport about 40-50 minutes.
Until what time is check-out?
Please note that check-out time is until 10:00am. If you require late check-out after 10:00am, you will need to contact us directly to discuss availability (late check-out can not be also guaranteed). ON REQUEST: A departure after 10:00am for a small fee of 50% of the daily rate. If you wish, please contact us in advance.
Where should I leave keys of the apartment by check-out?
The last day please leave all keys on the table inside apartment and close the door.
I would like to storage my baggage, it´s possible?
Yes, there are luggage room and a guest toilet available in our apartmenthouse, you can also enjoy the last day carefreely.
Are pets allowed in your apartment?
Yes, pets are welcome. For an additional fee of € 15, - per stay for 1 pet.
Are there any baby cribs available?
You can request a baby crib with no additional cost. For one apartment can be requested max. 1 baby crib for free.
How much will it cost me if I lose my key card for the apartment?
If you lose your key card a fee of 20 EUR will be charged.
Do you have internet in your apartment?
We offer free Wi-Fi in the entire apartment building. The password for WLAN you can find on the door inside the apartment.
Are towels and bed linen provided in the apartment?
Bed linen and towels are provided. For each person, there is a small towel and a bath towel.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
No, all our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking is allowed: on the terrace or in the garage.
Can I book a breakfast?
Unfortunately, we do not offer breakfast. All our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, so you can comfortably prepare your own breakfast.
Does the apartment drinking water?
Yes, the Vienna drinking water, almost entirely from mountain springs, has a high quality of water.
How much does it cost to rent a parking space in your garage?
Parking in our garage costs € 18,- / night (reservation needed).
How can I book a parking place in the garage?

Do you have a wheelchair accessible apartments?
Our Apartments are accessible by lift. However, we do not have wheelchair / disabled facilities in our apartments (WC / shower / kitchen).
When and how do I pay the balance?
The balance is due on your arrival day in cash, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or by debit card.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellations of less than the 14 days before the day of arrival or no-shows, cancellation fees in the amount of 100% will be charged.
